3 Day Refresh
Survived Day 1 of the 3 Day Refresh! The combination of Shakeology, the Vanilla Fresh Protein shakes, with fresh fruits and veggies has been awesome and I haven't felt very hungry throughout the day. The hardest part has been no coffee! smile emoticon Drinking green/herbal tea has helped, but it's not quite the same.
For breakfast, I had the Tropical Strawberry Vegan Shakeology with 1 fruit serving (Mango). Following that was the Fiber Sweep packet, which is made from natural psyllium husks and chia seeds. For lunch, I was had a Vanilla Fresh shake, paired with a nectarine, as well as yellow squash plus homemade hummus. For a snack, I had heirloom rainbow baby carrots and hummus. For dinner, it was another Vanilla Fresh shake and Cucumber Tomato salad - one of the recipes provided with the program. I prepped my veggies ahead of time, so I will be doing the same foods tomorrow as well, and mixing it up a bit on Monday grin emoticon
