I want to share with you all the amazing results achieved by one of my challengers. She started back in March, really committed herself to the group and achieving a healthier lifestyle. Whole the picture shows her external progress - over 20 pounds lost! 💪 - it doesn't show the other things she has accomplished. 📣 "I had high cholesterol and it has gone down, I graduated, my credit score increased by 100 points, and I'm out of debt." When you aren't taking care of yourself and making your health a priority, other areas of your life will suffer too. By jumping into a group like this, and working on yourself, you will achieve success in so many areas. Many of my challengers now find that they not only look and feel better, they have more money from spending less overall on food (specifically overpriced junk), are more efficient at home and at work, and their relationships with others are improved. If you want to begin this journey for yourself, let me know! 😊 It is not a quick fix, it does take work, but you are worth it 💗
