Butternut squash in the Instant Pot pressure cooker! 😊 peel, de-seed , and dice butternut squash into 2 inch cubes. Add 1 cup of water and set pressure cooker to 10 minutes on high. Drain squash, and stir in a pat of butter and raw honey. Season if desired. So yummy!

I love walking during my lunch break and listening to motivational audio (books, podcasts, team training). It's a great way to be active and keep a positive mindset. Bonus: seeing the planes flying overhead. Will be me up there in a few weeks! 😊 Great for visualizing my dreams! Not sure why this took me so long to figure out! My 3 year old will drink Shakeology shakes, but also really likes chocolate milk. I ran out of the Horizon chocolate milk he usually drinks, so I added a spoonful of chocolate Shakeology with some almond milk and mixed it with a frother. It's a hit! He gets to enjoy chocolate milk, and I'm happy that he's getting superfoods and fiber. Plus, no added sugar! :D
