One of the things I love most about having Matthew home is... His food and drink creations! It can be very hit or miss, but love how he has the courage to try just about any combination of ingredients! Pictured here are baked breakfast sausage patties with egg, maple syrup, and... Had an awesome dinner with family last night at Outback Steakhouse... Matthew and I are all about 80% clean and 20% fun, but yesterday put us closer to the opposite after cocktails, appetizers, prime rib (kept the side healthy and had a sweet potato with cinnamon!). No excuses though! This morning we are back on track, Insanity Max 30 doneπͺ, and enjoying our Shakeology post workout. It's not about perfection, but making a commitment to enjoy life and make good choices (most of the time! ) π

I really don't like afternoon workouts, but it's the only time I could fit it in between work thus morning and school tonight. I know it's my weakness, so I make sure to schedule my workouts daily! π if you don't plan, you plan to fail! πͺ
