Body Beast Build Back and Bis done! 💪 And... Build phase done! On to Bulk phase tomorrow. For some of the moves, I have maxed out my 24 lb PowerBlock weights :o Never thought I'd have that problem! Will have to start using Matthew's 50 lb set! 💪
