When I first started Body Beast, this move had me falling on my face! I can now hold this position for more than 15 seconds. My core is much stronger now, and balance has improved too. Never thought I'd get this move down, but I didn't give up! 💪 it's easy to get discouraged early on, but have faith in getting stronger and embrace the process. There is no finish line! :)
