My #hammerandchisel results! :) I was not tracking weight, but lost an inch from my waist, half an inch from my hips, and gained half an inch on my legs and arms. I can also do three unassisted chin ups now! 💪💪💪 Feeling stronger and healthier.

#nevermissamonday 💪 #22minhardcorps resistance 1 today, and will be getting a run in too! Indulged in some cake, ice cream, and other treats this weekend, but making a much needed course correction today. It's strange that once you eat clean and workout and know how good you are able to feel, treats that used to be enjoyable in the past now come with the price tag of low energy, poor digestion, and just not feeling good overall...

A bit of a course correction today... While I planned and took food for my trip this past weekend so I would not have to eat out, the "healthy" snack bars were way higher in carbs than I normally do... And I didn't make working out a priority and failed to plan for getting them in. I got home at 3am last night, got a few hours of sleep, woke up with a choice to make... I could have started my day with a cup of coffee, but chose to mix a cup of Energize, read the Bible while it kicked in, and then pushed play and got my workout done 💪 Today is a new day, and I made the choice to get back to my good habits and break the new bad habit of missing workouts. Next thing to correct - back to clean, minimally processed foods. The little things you do daily - your habits - are your choice. They have a powerful impact on every area of your life. Mostly back to my normal routine this morning! Hudson is feeling great again, and I got my 5am Chisel Balance workout done. 💪 I have been reminded of how blessed I am... That I had the privilege of being with my sick child yesterday, and how I had the privilege of being able to get up early this morning to read my Bible and attack my workout early in the day.
