#nevermissamonday #22minhardcorps Resistance 1 and 10 minute yoga done! I'm excited for the 21 Day Yoga Trainer that's about to come out (for free!! with #beachbodyondemand), but doing what I can in the meantime. I need to balance cardio and strength training with stretching and flexibility... It's easy to lose it! 💪
