This recipe was too easy and delicious to not share!! Chicken Verde... Just put frozen chicken breast in the Instant Pot, add a 10 oz can of green enchilada sauce. Cook on high pressure for 15 min. Quick release, shred chicken in the pot, and enjoy! We served it on sweet potatoes (cooked in our other Instant Pot!) with peas on the side 😋 #instantpot
