#nevermissamonday 💪 #22minhardcorps resistance 1 today, and will be getting a run in too! Indulged in some cake, ice cream, and other treats this weekend, but making a much needed course correction today. It's strange that once you eat clean and workout and know how good you are able to feel, treats that used to be enjoyable in the past now come with the price tag of low energy, poor digestion, and just not feeling good overall...
